Hepatobiliary malignancy represents a challenging group of diseases with limited treatment options. Established therapies for hepatobiliary cancer include surgical resection, liver transplantation, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. However, these approaches often face limitations due to the rapid nature of the disease and the heterogeneous tumor
